Having lived in a large detached property for 22 years and approaching retirement, we made a decision to downsize and move to a new development which meant there would be no need for work to do and expensive DIY costs.

We looked at the smaller detached properties on local developments but the third bedroom was always too small as we still needed 3 double bedrooms. We were delighted to find our property which was in the first phase of the development which is nicely spaced out with 3 double bedrooms, a good size open lounge/diner, a well fitted kitchen and a nice size garden with views of the countryside. We have now retired and would like to move nearer to the coast.
