I was fortunate to be one of the first buyers here at Kilnwood Vale and as such had a choice of potential plots to choose from. This particular plot caught my eye because it had a much larger rear garden and had a garage at the side with a good length driveway.

When I reserved the plot I was able to upgrade the flooring, the bathroom and the kitchen to a much higher specification, it obviously cost a little more, but I certainly think that it was worth it ! I have also had the rear garden professionally landscaped, the garden was levelled, and a new lawn was laid and a large decked area built to the rear, which is the perfect place to sit back with a cool drink and enjoy a little sunshine.
