We had decided to move out of Surrey to take advantage of the better value available in Sussex. We realised you could get so much property for your money out here, and as long as we had good transport links we could easily commute to work.

With busy professional lives we also wanted a property in good condition so that our weekends would be DIY free so we naturally started to look at new build developments. We were so impressed with Kilnwood Vale and the feel of the countryside on our doorstep. The location was also perfect for us, just a few moments from the A264 we can be on the M23 within just a few minutes.
