When we moved back to England from abroad a year or so ago neither of us wanted a property that needed much work as we just wanted to enjoy our retirement.

We were unsure what kind of property we were after, so when we saw this recently built semi detached house, it stood out from the others as the plot seemed better positioned plus it had a drive and garage to the side.

When we walked in it was heaven as there was nothing to do and even better there were patio doors leading into the sunny aspect rear garden.
