When I bought my house over 35 years ago, I was looking to move closer to work, at Gatwick Airport. I was immediately attracted to the area and thought that the house represented great value for money.

Compared to other houses I had viewed, I thought I had the best of both worlds; all the convenience of being close to the town centre and work, whilst only a short walk to open countryside.

In the time I have owned the property, I have found it to be a lovely home. Initially I lived here, but in more recent years I have let the property and it has provided good rental income. I have decided now is the right time to sell and I will be doing so with no onward chain.
