Having looked at several properties, I immediately knew this house was the one. I realised very quickly that no other house I had viewed came close in size or style.

As it is a modern house, it required little work and the location is fabulous. It is at the entrance to a small private road, which is so conveniently located that you can leave the car at home and walk to the town and railway station, or even Gatwick Airport.

All the rooms are light and spacious and have been well maintained, I hope you will agree that you could move straight in. I have been really pleased with the house, but the time has come for me to sell.
