The house has been in the family for over 40 years and has never before been on the market. We moved in when the house was built, originally as council tenants but we loved it so much that we decided to purchased under the right to buy scheme.

It has been a great family home and was a safe place for our children to play as they were growing up. The house can be accessed by car at the rear, but fronts onto a walkway and there is a large front garden.

After many happy years here, I will be sorry to leave. However, it is time to make a move to something a little small now that the children are leaving home.
