We bought the property knowing that it needed quite a lot of work, but it was in an ideal location and with lots of living space, we could see its potential as a fantastic family home.

We set about making improvements and as the children got older we decided to convert the loft to create a new bedroom; this allowed us to incorporate a shower room on the first floor.
