I was fortunate that I bought this house new. I immediately liked the design and the location of the property and also liked the amount of parking it offered. It was ideal that I could move straight away and not have to do any work! I have maintained the house to a similar high standard.

I love the size of the kitchen and spend a lot of time in the lounge/diner. As you open the French doors to the secluded garden, it feels like an extension to the house.

I have now decided to head back towards Kent where I have a lot of family and originally come from, and as my work has become more mobile, it's given me the opportunity to make the move!
