We were upgrading from a two bedroom house nearby as with a young family we had sadly out grown it. Naturally we needed more living space and a third bedroom if possible whilst we were also keen to stay local as we knew what a great location it was to bring up children. So this property was ideal for us, near to the park, school and local shops whilst the extension gave us the extra reception space we needed.

The property did need a lot of updating but we were happy to compromise to get the space and the location we wanted. We updated the kitchen, bathroom and double glazing, as well as replaced the flat roof to the garage and extension so the new owners should have very little else to do.
