We bought this beautiful property off plan from Berkeley Homes after moving from South West London. At the time, we were looking for a home that had a premium build quality, offered plenty of space and an element of privacy. Taken immediately by the internal layout and design of the plot, this property provided us with ample bedroom space and open plan living on the ground floor. The property also has a slightly elevated position, with the added bonus of not being over looked, which is often not the case on modern developments.

A job move, along with the opportunity to be closer to family support are the only reasons we're looking to move..
