We have lived in this house for 30 years - how time flies! We have celebrated many family occasions over the years and have a wealth of happy memories that we will take with us when it is time for us to leave.

This is such a friendly neighbourhood and the local residents take pride in their properties here which is lovely to see. The close is peaceful and quiet which was something that appealed to us.

We are lucky to have a good parade of shops close by and a selection of schools suitable for children of all ages within the catchment. We hope that the new owners will enjoy living here just as much as we have and make some special memories of their own.
