I chose this house because it feels light and spacious, it is newly built, and has it's own private parking space - it is also 10 minutes from the local hospital where I work. I love the south west facing garden, with sun on the patios from breakfast time onwards in summertime. It's a real sun trap and with the outdoor lighting I installed, and my chiminea, I have enjoyed many summer evenings with friends. I have been very happy here, felt very safe, and can honestly say I am sad to be leaving. I'm only selling the house because I have gained a promotion and moved to Dorset to be nearer to my daughter. There is everything I need here on my doorstep, lovely places to run, a convenience store a short cycle away, Redhill town centre 5 minutes away, and of course the train station.
