When I first bought the house I was attracted by its location as it is a short walk into the town centre and particularly to the train station which I use on a regular basis.

As soon as I walked through the front door I was surprised by the space of the house but knew instantly that I could make it my own. I decided to totally refurbish the property throughout in an open plan contemporary style making the accommodation bright and airy.

The cul de sac is very quiet and I have always found it easy to park outside the property.
