What the owner says

When our mother was looking for a new home around 20 years ago, she wanted somewhere which was easy to maintain and with a nice manageable garden. She also wanted to be situated close enough to all the shops and amenities so that she didn't have to rely on her car all the time. Having a bus stop at the end of the road was also useful for her as she could easily get to Cranleigh, Horsham or Guildford if she wanted a larger selection of shops.

She really appreciated having good neighbours and the great sense of community within the village as a whole. We're sure the new owners will do the same.
