It's been a fantastic family home for us in terms of the amount of living space we have and its location within the village. It was so easy to stroll down the road with our daughter to the brilliant pre-school and, now that she's older, the primary school is also just a few minutes walk away, as is the playground which she loves.

Our garden is nice and safe as it is fully enclosed and just the right size - large enough for us to enjoy, yet not so big that it becomes a chore to look after - and we're certainly going to miss our lovely apple tree!

Being tucked away, it's so quiet and we have lovely neighbours, so the new owners are bound to love living here as we do.
