This has been the perfect home to bring up our family which is why we have never felt like moving since we moved in all those years ago. We really appreciate living on a corner plot which gives us good sized gardens and plenty of parking. We've done lots to keep the house looking good and well maintained including replacing the windows and fascias a few years ago and the boiler this year.

It's so convenient being able to walk to the local primary school and having a good bus service into Guildford which is why so many families want to live here. Now that our family has flown the nest, it's time to move closer to them but we'll certainly miss our lovely home.
