We were so excited when we moved into our home four years ago. We had looked at a number of properties, but none came close in terms of space and location. Outside there was lots of parking and the most fabulous rear garden.

Inside it was well presented and we could see the potential to make improvements. Aside from redecorating throughout we have installed a wood burner in the lounge and re-fitted the bathroom suite.

Smallfield is a great place to live and we like that we are only a short walk to the heart of the village, whilst at the same time we are nicely tucked away from traffic and set back from the road.
