The property has been in our family for 60 years, since my parents moved here in 1958. They were initially attracted to the village location and I have fond memories growing up here as a child, where I enjoyed playing with my friends in the rear garden and the fields beyond.

Over the years the house has been maintained to a good standard. We have installed a modern shower suite, installed replacement windows and fitted a new boiler for the central heating. However, there is scope for further improvement.

Due to the convenience of being able to walk to the village centre, we had considered letting out the property, but we have now decided to sell.
