We had decided that we really wanted to move to Southwater because we loved the idea of country life with walks and access to the Country Park. After looking at a number of properties we came to see this one in Woodlands Way and the first thing we loved was how quiet the road felt. Once inside we liked the layout but it needed a lot of work which was what we were after.

We have really enjoyed living here and getting the house exactly how we wanted it to be. We would not be moving but we have seen a house that fits all of our family requirements.
