We bought this house 18 years ago and for us it was always about the space and location. It’s such an ideal position and we love how everything was at our fingertips. In minutes we could be amongst the hustle and bustle of the town centre or on a train into London yet we were surrounded by peace and quiet and good neighbours. We rented the property out for several years and never had an issue finding a tenant. Our tenants have now moved out so we have redecorated the house from top to bottom and have also replaced the kitchen and bathroom and had new flooring and carpets put down. We've now decided to sell rather than rent the property again and feel its time for a new family or couple to enjoy the space and convenience that this home has to offer.
