We have really enjoyed living here however we have now decided that the time has come for us to down size and we are looking forward to starting a new adventure. We hope that the new owners will enjoy living here just as much as we have.

This is a friendly neighbourhood and we have made many good friends here whom we will miss when it is time for us to go.

There are excellent schools within the catchment area suitable for children of all ages. The close proximity of the M23 means you can be down at the coast in no time and enjoy a stroll along the promenade with an ice cream in hand!
