We have lived in this house for nearly 20 years, but now want to downsize to a property outside the area.

The house is close to many amenities with buses into the neighbouring towns of Sutton and Croydon. Also the train station is a short walk away. There is a small parade of shops very close by and a park is within walking distance.

Since moving here we have refurbished the kitchen and bathroom and upgraded some of the windows.

We will sadly miss all the people who have become our friends
