I've owned my wonderful home for many years now, it has been a lovely place to live in and enjoy during that time.

I never get tired of the beautiful views from the house, they stretch out across the downland and out to sea. The location is just fantastic, everything is so close by, including the bus routes to Brighton and Rottingdean. This means I don't always have to take the car into town and struggle to find car parking spaces.

After so many years here I shall be sad to leave, however the time has come to let a new family enjoy this magnificent home and make their own memories here for years to come.
