What the owner says

We’ve owned our home now for almost twenty years and it has been a great place to live in. The location is just so handy, the schools are all within walking distance and with such a great bus service along the road, I never need to worry about parking when I head into Brighton!

There are beautiful Downland walks just across the road great for dog walkers and plenty of space for children to play.

The garden is a great place to relax in and the children certainly enjoyed it over the years! This really has been a lovely home and I know the new owners will be very happy here too.

This modern three bedroom home is perfect for those looking to take that first step onto the property ladder!

The handy location is ideal for commuters, with great bus links in the road and parking easily available too. A twenty minute bus ride takes you into the town centre and to Brighton Station.

Inside the home it has been incredibly well maintained and is ideal for those simply looking to move in and unpack their boxes. With newly laid carpets and modern decor throughout all helping to create a bright and vibrant feel that you will simply fall in love with.

There is no shortage of space either, with good size lounge and dining areas, matched by an equally spacious modern kitchen. Fantastic Downland views are on offer from both the front and back gardens, which are also incredibly private and enjoy glorious sunshine throughout the day.

This home really is ideal for those itching to get onto the property ladder and we highly recommend a viewing to avoid disappointment.
