What the owner says

We have loved living here, if it wasn't for our expanding family and the need to be nearer our family, we wouldn't be moving.

Our children love the Downland across the road and we often go across and let them enjoy running around and exploring nature. At the weekends, we love going down to Rottingdean village and have some lunch there.

We have found the rooms here great sizes, especially the lounge and dining area. The kitchen has lots of workspace, so it is great for cooking family dinners.

We hope the new owners will be as happy here as we have been.

Property details

This delightful extended mid-terrace home has a contemporary and stylish feel to it, with tonnes of room too!

The lounge is a perfect area to relax in after a day at work. It has the added benefit of a dining area and also a lovely bright, modern kitchen/breakfast room, where you can really let your creative juices flow.

Space is in abundance here, with lots of room for all the family. What a great place to relax with family and friends when holding a summer barbecue.

For those of you looking for good size bedrooms, relax as there are three of them here, so no problem if guests want to stay over.

The garden is a good enough size for the kids to run free in and enjoy some fresh air. With the Sussex Downs opposite you, there are walks that will take you all the way down to Rottingdean or over the hill to Kingston or Lewes.

This home presents an excellent chance to make the first steps onto the housing ladder, or for those of you who want to add a quality home to your portfolio.

Off street parking in the form of a driveway to the front means you will never be hunting for a space, ideal for when you get back from the supermarket.
