What the owner says

We moved from Horsham five years ago as we wanted a village location to bring up our young family. Ashington was our preferred village due to its friendly community, a good Primary school, nurseries and its close proximity to other towns and the coast.

When we viewed this house we fell in love with it. The house needed lots of updating, but offered us lots of space and more potential than others. In an attractive road on the quieter side of the village and views over the fields, it was just perfect.

We have decorated throughout, including a new kitchen/breakfast room and family bathroom. This house is truly special and we will be sad to leave.

Property details

Finding the ideal family home can be a real challenge, but this spacious home has it all. Located in one of the most friendly cul-de-sacs with a mixture of age groups, there is easy access to the Primary school, shops, countryside and the A24.

This property has so much more to offer than first meets the eye. There is not a small room in the house, and the brightness from the large windows give this home a fabulous aura. From stepping into the hallway you will be surprised by the spaciousness, a theme that continues throughout.

There are not many houses in this price range with over 1200 sq ft of accommodation. Bedroom four is on the ground floor, which could be used as a dining room or family room. The extended kitchen/breakfast room has been updated and overlooks the rear garden which is ideal. The lounge/diner measures 19'5'' so is a real heart of the home.

On the first floor all three bedrooms are a good size and bedroom one has lovely far reaching views towards Warminghurst.

The rear garden is enclosed and secluded, making this a safe and practical space to play or relax in.

This really is a fabulous house for which the often over used phrase ‘internal viewing highly recommended ‘ truly applies.
