We bought this bungalow around 8 years ago mainly due to its wonderful semi-rural location, large garden and views over fields. We love the fact that it is private and not overlooked and is within easy reach of both Dorking and Horsham, with a bus stop close by.

Since living here we have had a new kitchen and updated the utility room, added the conservatory, redecorated throughout and had new carpets laid. We will miss the large rooms, especially the kitchen/breakfast room and the lounge, which comes into its own at Christmas when all the family are here.

We are now looking to down-size and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
