What the owner says

We saw our wonderful home for the first time almost four years ago now and knew instantly it was the property we’d been searching for. The amount of space on offer was incredible and we couldn’t believe a home like this was available to buy, so close to Brighton with so much on offer. The garden has been a real pleasure to enjoy and we like nothing more than sitting out in it on an evening, taking in the views whilst the sun sets. Sadly the time has come to move on now with the home having more space than we need, so we have decided to move onto a new challenge in our lives. We will miss our home dearly, but know the new owners will be getting a truly wonderful home to enjoy themselves in for many years to come.

Property details

This detached family home has it all, stunning décor throughout, superb garden and breath taking views. All this will make you fall head over heels for this property from the moment you step through the door. Being a substantial four bedroom home, the property offers fantastic space with a great versatile layout, making it ideal for growing families and those looking for that ‘forever’ home. Having been beautifully finished to an incredibly high standard throughout, this is certainly a property you can simply move into, unpack and enjoy!

Enjoying an extremely enviable position close to the heart of Woodingdean, the home enjoys some of the most wonderful views you are likely to find on the market.

Generous large living areas flow naturally from one another, allowing owners to enjoy spacious open plan living, but also retain that warm cosy feel we all crave on those cold winter nights.

With each of the four bedrooms being generous doubles there’ll be no fights over who gets the biggest, with the master having the luxury of a beautiful en suite as well. The jewel in the crown of the fabulous home is surely the garden to the rear. As you step out onto the large decking and take in some of breathe taking views, you can start to understand just what a stunning space you have here. Fantastic privacy and superb space are expertly combined to leave you with a garden you will never tire of being in.
