We have adored this property over the years. When we were first out viewing and looking for homes we could not believe the space this offered, not to mention the amazing location. We bought the property new and have cared, maintained and looked after it for over 18 years. We are sure the next occupiers will love the property as much as we have. It would be perfect for a large family needing the extra space. We think the study room could be used as a fifth bedroom but we have really enjoyed the room as a study in recent times.

Access into East Grinstead is a doddle and naturally the countryside is right on the doorstep. It is now time for us to downsize so sadly we will be saying goodbye to this beautiful home.
