Lynchet Down has been a great place to live. There is a playground at the end of the road, the local nurseries and schools are fantastic and it’s convenient for dog walks, with easy access straight onto the fields.

Before the children came along we also enjoyed the area for the fact that we could be at Brighton’s famous seafront in a 45-minute walk, a very enjoyable walk through The Level and The Lanes in Brighton to the many shops/restaurants/bars the city has to offer.
