We were looking to move out of Guildford and into Sussex for properties that were much better value for money. With busy working lives, we were keen to find somewhere that would require very little maintenance, so was naturally drawn toward new build developments. Wickhurst Green was of particularly interest to us due to the fantastic accessibility, with the A 29, A 281 and A 24 all nearby we knew it would be easy to get to work no matter where our next contract would be.

We had looked at all the developers here, but it was Countryside Homes that really stood out for us, the quality of the build and the materials being used as well as the layouts and the style of the properties made them a natural choice.
