We have lived in the house for 30 years and have been very happy here. This house is in a very convenient position with buses to Sutton, Croydon, Wallington, Kingston, Heathrow, Epsom, Morden and Wimbledon as well as trains to London.

We have a GP surgery close to hand and also the swimming baths and gym. There are good schools in the area and we think this is a very good size family home with ample parking on the front drive. 

Since living here, we have extended it and have made it into a very spacious house. We also replaced the boiler. We just feel now is the right time to down-size.
