We have spent over 40 years at the home and we could not have been happier with our choice to bring up our family. We love living in the village and everything it offers, it’s a lovely place to call home.

The house itself has many stories to be told and we will be sad to leave. However it deserves a family to be here and we hope the next family make as many memories as we have over time.

Waterlooville was allegedly named after a pub in the centre of the village. In 1815 soldiers who had just disembarked at Portsmouth returning from the battle of Waterloo decided to stop there and celebrate their victory. The public house was renamed in their honour and the area around the pub became known as Waterlooville. It has a number properties in the popular areas of Denmead, Horndean and Catherington. The most sought after areas are The Dale, The Brow, Billett Avenue, Highfield Avenue and Keydell Avenue.
