I bought this house around 7 years ago. I knew as soon as I stepped inside that it was the one for me as I loved the light and airy rooms, conservatory, south facing garden, the fact that all 4 bedrooms are doubles and that there are 3 bathrooms. It has been a quiet and safe place to live and my grandchildren love to visit and explore the stunning communal grounds – collecting conkers has become an annual tradition. I have put in some new double glazing, redone the patio, put electric blinds in the conservatory, installed a new fireplace in the lounge, fitted a new bathroom and have redecorated both internally and externally. I will be sorry to leave and hope the new owners enjoy as many happy years here as I have done. I am selling with no chain.
