What the owner says

When we bought our house seven years ago, we were looking for a family home to raise our children and we could not believe we found a house with so much land close to the town centre.

We looked past the work that was required and started a scheme of refurbishment and extension, which included building the large multipurpose outbuilding and extending the main house on the ground floor.

We love having the surrounding space where we have created a fantastic garden for entertaining which always proves popular with friends and family.

Property details

As you pull into the sweeping driveway you can't help but be impressed with this imposing home. With four bedrooms in the main house and a large detached outbuilding, there is plenty of space for all the family!

Located in a semi rural position, but still within easy access to Horley's town centre and railway station, you have the feeling of being in the countryside whilst only a short walk or drive to popular schools and shops.

An internal viewing is essential to appreciate the size and quality of accommodation, as first impressions can be deceptive. The main house is well proportioned, having been extended on the ground floor whilst still having planning permission for further extension to the front, side and rear. There is a large kitchen/diner and two reception rooms, including a lounge with a door to the main garden.

The self contained detached outbuilding is a more recent addition and has four rooms (ideal for a gym, office, games room and much more), a wet room and a large open plan bar and games room.

Outside there are established formal gardens. At the front there is a large driveway providing parking for several vehicles approaching the four bay, oak framed garage with roller doors.
