When we were looking for a new home 16 years ago, this property ticked all the boxes. We liked the convenient location and the 1930's bay front, but we could also see the potential to extend.

After careful consideration we designed a versatile layout that suited our needs and with no expense spared we improved and extended our home. We added a ground floor bedroom and created our dream kitchen, which is the heart of the house.

It is a great house for entertaining, as the rooms all flow into one another and is popular with family on special occasions. It is with a heavy heart we are selling as we have enjoyed living here and can honestly say that we will be sorry to leave.
