We originally chose this property because of the size of the garden, it is one of the nicest on the road, or at least we think so. It's nice and private. Hatchgate is so convenient, it is the perfect location for commuting yet being in a quiet cul-de-sac, and even ideal for lazy walks into the town for a coffee.

A beautiful family home and close to schools, shops, and the M23 and Gatwick Airport which is perfect when it comes to going on short breaks and holidays.

We have now moved to Spain and the property is currently rented, so its ideal for anyone wanting a quick purchase as there will be no upper chain.
