The house has been in the family for many years, since our Mum and Dad decided they wanted a modern easy to keep home. They loved the quiet cul-de-sac location, which backs onto open fields.

With 4 good size bedrooms it suited them perfectly with plenty of room for family and friends. In the summer the garden came into its own and was a great place to spend time with us and the grandchildren.

Mum and Dad were very content here enjoying the friendship and company of neighbours. Whilst they made improvements to the house, it now requires updating, and this has been reflected in the asking price.
