The house has been in the family since it was built and was purchased when Mum and Dad moved to Horley. They were looking for a good size house with character, whilst not being too far from amenities and that was exactly what they found!

They liked that the property was tucked away in a quiet cul de sac of only four other properties, where they made great friends with their neighbours.

Whilst they had made some improvements, we would be the first to admit that the house needs some updating. However, this has been reflected in the asking price.
