When we were looking for a new home 10 years ago, this property ticked all the boxes. We liked the convenient location and the 1930's bay front, but we could also see that there would be space for all of the family.

The versatile layout suited our needs, as we could have Mum live with us, using the ground floor bedroom and shower room as her annex, with the large conservatory connecting the two parts of the property.

It is a great house for entertaining, as the rooms all flow into one another and is popular with family on special occasions. It is with a heavy heart we are selling as we have enjoyed living here and can honestly say that we will be sorry to leave.
