We were fortunate that we bought the house new as we had a choice of plots. We immediately liked the design and the location on the development, as the house has one of the larger gardens.

The study and the large kitchen/diner are ideal for our young family and we spend a lot of time in here. We like that you can open the French doors to the garden and watch the children playing whilst cooking meals.

We have made great friends with our neighbours and have really enjoyed living on Westvale Park, for a modern development we like that we can take the children for nice walks in the surrounding countryside.
