We were living in Crawley and looking to move to a village location and had friends who lived in Southwater. After looking at a few other locations we decided that Southwater was by far the best option. We then received a call about this one in York Close and it sounded lovely. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was how tucked away and quiet the road felt. Once inside we loved the layout and then when we viewed the garden we knew we had to buy it.

We have been very happy here and have extended the home to suit our needs. We would not be looking to move but are relocating to the North East with work and will be sad to leave.
