What the owner says

We bought this property because of its’ rural location. It really is a hidden gem and it had the potential to be annexed. We divided the downstairs in two so that my parents could live with us but independently. It worked extremely well. So now this property will suit someone looking for separate accommodation for a dependent relative.

It is very peaceful here and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. We are Commoners of the Ashdown Forest. This right is attached to this property and can be passed onto the new owner. We enjoy forest life and find time every day to do one of its’ many walks. Our dog sees to that!

The garden has many visitors, mainly birds but squirrels and rabbits pop in from time to time. We shall miss them all.
