We purchased the property in 2002 mainly as an investment as we have lived in the Coulsdon & Purley area for nearly 50 years. I knew that it was a great catchment area for good schools and thus would hold its value. Another point was it's position being very central for travel to Croydon, London and of course Gatwick as we holiday a lot.

We like to keep fit and stay active by swimming and going to the gym in our space time and really enjoy line dancing so having a choice of facilities nearby has been really convenient. Another passion of ours is going to the theatre so having 3 within a short distance from us in Croydon, Wimbledon and Bromley makes it really effortless to have an evening out.

We aimed to down size after a couple of years but this has been a problem as we have such wonderful neighbours but now it is time for us to finally de-clutter and move to something a little smaller.
