We bought this house 26 years ago from the original owners who themselves had lived here for 34 years, so it’s only ever been on the market once before. It’s been an ideal place to bring up our family as it’s so close to schools, the town centre and the railway station.

The house itself is light and airy. In the summer the large south-facing terrace is like an extra outdoor room. In winter we light the fire in the living room to create a cosy atmosphere.
