I have many happy memories of growing up in this house.

The garden is one of our favourite places to relax and enjoy the birds and wildlife that come and visit.

The house has been great for family life as it is so spacious and, being so close to West Wickham, as well as public transport and schools has been so convenient.

It is now, however, time for us to retire and move down to the coast but we hope that the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
