When I first came to view this property I never realised that this development existed and it was such a pleasant surprise.

The houses are built to a high standard and finished with high quality fittings. I have subsequently added a conservatory to the rear which is not overlooked. Having astro turfed the garden makes life a breeze and always looks pristine.

I love the area as I have everything I could want right on my doorstep and yet it is so private and quiet here being away from passing traffic.

The neighbourhood is friendly and everyone takes pride in their properties appearance which is lovely to see.
