We were living in Quarry Way and were looking to upgrade as we had two small children and only wanted to live in Southwater. This development was under construction at the time and we were quite interested in having a look. After looking at the show home we really wanted to buy one of the mock Tudor style houses and after missing out on one we were very delighted when we managed to secure this house. We had always wanted a south facing garden which this property provided and it is also very private.

We have really enjoyed living here for the last 33 years and it has been a great place to raise children. We will be very sad to leave but have decided to re-locate to Shropshire.
