I totally fell in love with this house from the second I stepped through the door and for me it was a mixture of the location and period features that won me over. The location is amazing as I can walk to Sutton station easily from here which makes accessing central London effortless. I can also be in the town centre in no time so it's ideal for shopping and restaurants. It’s also enviably located for schools.

I have done various works to it over the years including a new bathroom downstairs and new shower room upstairs, I also replaced the kitchen and have re-decorated. I have loved every minute of living here and it has been the ideal family home. It is only now I am moving out of the area that I am putting the house up for sale.
